New oxide n-type semiconductor materials have shown great potential in photocatalytic production of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2).Current research indicates that the efficiency of oxide semiconductors in catalyzing the generation of hydrogen peroxide during water splitting is influenced by their electronic structure, surface active sites, and reaction intermediates. We are committed to conducting in-depth research on the following aspects in the future: 1.Adopting synthesis strategies such as doping, surface modification, and construction of multiple heterostructures to optimize the optoelectronic properties of n-type semiconductors; 2. Develop materials with higher stability and high hydrogen/hydrogen peroxide selectivity to meet environmentally friendly energy conversion needs. |
