Under the leadership of Professor Shi Xinjian, the research team from the School of Materials Science and Technology at Henan University, consisting of members such as Zeng Bailin, Chen Siyu, Zhang Xiaoli, Xu Congcong, and Wang Liangbo, participated in the 2nd Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Henan Province. This competition is held in Henan Province to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Central Conference on Talent Work, comprehensively implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important ideas on talent work in the new era, and give full play to the important role of the postdoctoral system in cultivating high-level innovative young talents, promoting the integration of industry, academia and research, and promoting mass entrepreneurship and innovation. The competition is themed "Bohui Zhongyuan Intelligent Innovation Future" and consists of three categories: innovation competition, entrepreneurship competition, and unveiling and leading question competition. Its aim is to provide a high-level exchange and exhibition platform for postdoctoral fellows, attract talents for open cooperation, and cultivate and select high-level innovative talents. By participating in this event, the team's research and innovation capabilities have been enhanced.
